Tania Fernández Lombao

Tania Fernández Lombao is the head of Operational Programme Management at Radio Galega and associate professor in Audiovisual Communication at the University of Santiago de Compostela. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication and Creative Industries (cum laude mention) from the University of Santiago de Compostela. She previously worked as a journalist for Radio Lugo Cadena Ser and El Progreso and was a reporter for Agencia Efe, El País and Europa Press. As a researcher, she has participated in dozens of national and international conferences and published papers in high-quality scientific journals and books. She participated in the CIRCOM Prix 2022 as jury member and has attended the annual conference since then.
